Good news recently came from the Hefei Rail Transit Maintenance Project!
The AFC project team of Hefei Regate Intelligent Technology for Metro Line 6 claimed the first place in the comprehensive assessment of maintenance quality for Q1 2026. The assessment was organized by China Railway Construction Electrification Bureau Group for Bid Section 2 of the outsourced service for facilities and equipment of Hefei rail transit network, and the team was awarded an official certificate of honor for its solid operation & maintenance services and reliable equipment support capability.
Specializing in the operation and maintenance of Rail Transit AFC (Automatic Fare Collection) systems, the project team has strictly followed maintenance specifications since mobilization. It routinely conducted full-process work including regular equipment inspections, rapid troubleshooting and daily preventive maintenance. Against the operational pressure brought by large passenger flows on the metro line, all team members stayed on duty, refined management details, and ensured the round-the-clock stable operation of AFC equipment on Hefei Metro Line 6 with elaborate services. Standing out among multiple participating service providers with outstanding on-site performance, the team claimed the championship of quarterly maintenance quality.
